Julia Kent has never made me laugh out loud so much before. I started reading this late into the night, as I was having trouble sleeping. I did not sleep until after finishing the book.
The book starts you out with an into to Shannon's life and how frustrated she is with all that is in it. Her nosy family, her rude ex-boyfriend, her boss who is greedy and selfish, her job that makes people either pity her or laugh at her....
Anyway, then on the hob she meets a sexy sexy man while her hand is in the toilet getting her fallen phone.
Declan finds her amusing nad sexy right from the beginning, and a friendship is formed.
Then maybe there is something more. By the time they go out on an actual date, her family has met him, her ex-boyfriend wants her back, and Shannon and Declan discover there is heat that burns out of control every time they kiss!
