Donald has had a crush on Alaina for a long time. They have history as both friends and enemies. Now he has more urgent matter to attend to. He has a bet to fulfill.
Alaina is afraid to give Donald another chance to be her friend. He totally blew it the first time. She cannot help responding to him, she always does. Now her friends are noticing the difference, and she is not sure she can resist.
Very cute and sweet story. Has more dark and oddly twisted moments. Good overall pace, actions, heat and plot. I enjoyed the banter and wanted to slap some of the background characters. Felt a lot like I had revisited high school. I give this a 3/5 Kitty's Paws UP!
