I am looking into new recipes and found this cookbook as an option for a child who has bad allergies. If you are living the Gluten-Free life, you might want to try some of the breads, muffins, pancakes, waffles, and other breakfast items inside this cookbook.
To say I was stunned would be the honest thing to tell you. I fell in love with the orange cranberry muffin recipe. (I am a sucker for those flavors together.) Some other honorable mentions may be buttermilk biscuits, crepe batter, easy waffles, and there are so much more I do not have time to tell you!
This book is a total happy place for those avoiding the gluten. I was totally impressed because even a beginner could pick up this cookbook and be okay. It has recipes for making your own all purpose gluten-free flour and recommendations for leavening and more. This one is a keeper and a must have!
Linda Amendt is to be applauded for her experience and help with making these tasty, and simple to do items. Who knew changing your diet could be so easy? Thanks so much Linda!!
