This book is the 2nd in the Cut & Run series. The story continuing about Ty Grady and Zane Garret, his partner. In this book, they visit West Virginia and the Grady family.
Ty wants to show Zane off to his family. The new partnership is working out better than anyone thought. After the serial killer and injuries, he is also hoping his brother can help them straighten out their minds also.
Zane is excited to meet Ty's family. Will he learn more about his partner that he would never learn otherwise? They love him and it ends up worth the trip. Too bad they run into home grown terrorists who try to ruin their vacation.
The trip ends up with its own set of problems. Many surprises, both physical and emotional are in this story for both men. Ty trusts his brother and his insights to their relationship are also a help.
The characters are fantastic and this story just shows us more of their depth. I was fascinated and could NOT put this book down! This series is almost too good to be true. Makes a great gift too! I give this book a 5/5 Kitty's Paws UP!
