I felt the story of Riley and Sam right to my very soul. I too, had a love once, that was not returned. I read this story thinking....wow this hits close to home.
I fell in love with Riley and Sam right away. Like any other avid reader I read on. And on. I loved how brave Riley was to tell Sam how she felt. How she was willing to get over her fears and tell her friends something so personal, since she needed their advice.
I read on. Riley and Sam have such a wonderful story. I was certainly shocked at the end when Sam gets Riley's attention. Want to know how? You really do not want me to give that away. The story is just too good to do that to you.
I recommend the entire Sex, Love a & Stilleto series by Lauren Layne. All her books are magic, I just happen to have a personal stake in why I love this one.
